Overview & Mission
The Beauty Engine supports the sharing and celebration of Individual and Community Abundance, defined in both tangible and intangible terms:
Tangible: skills, services, products and goods
Intangible: ideas, stories, visions, expressions of personal artistry and good-will

The outer expression of BE communicates a sense of abundance, well-being, rejuvenation, exploration, connection and transformation; both for individuals and communities.
The inner expression of BE exists to its’ participants as a network of shared goods and services that places value on the act of community participation before one’s own gifts or agendas.
BE recognizes the value many communities place on aesthetics, ideologies, gender exploration, personal development, spirituality, good will, topical issues, etc. as factors by which they identify themselves and each other.
BE caters directly to the needs of these communities & Indiv. by offering profiling tools that place these values in a shared “economy” database along side tangible goods and services.
BE thus supports the intuitive exploration of intellectual and aesthetic subject matters as a pleasurable, enriching experience; engaging participants in sensual, creative, and fun ways that reflects them as the initiators’ of their own process.
BE hosts a neutral space for these diverse communities and individuals to mix, exchange knowledge, share values and invites participants to become ‘cross community’ explorers in the Beauty Engine’s content rich world.

Incentives
· BE exists as a continuously unfolding entity, both online and in live space
· Establish a Beauty Engine Charter that communicates its goals, values and operating standards.
· BE “seal of approval” program for participating indiv. and communities that agree to operate within the range of the Beauty Engine Charter.
· The use of a “soft technology” approach to provide access to the Beauty Engine content ecology that is “soft, open and intuitive”. (puts human experience before tech.)
· Use of the Star7 relational color mapping interface for navigating BE content.
· BE provides both virtual and live models, called “Journeys”, which support experiences combining sensory, entertaining and informative elements to engage participants.
· Establish The Living Mystery School as a part of the BE journey component which utilizes
The challenge structure of Star7 “reality gaming” mechanics.

3 levels for participant’s -
· 1 Initial participation- explore website, live events
· 2 Membership- create profile and use peer-to-peer services, benefit from “matchmaker” tools, participate in the creation and facilitation of “Journeys”
· 3 Deeper membership- become ‘Beauty Engineers’, host live events, moderate groups, host journeys. Become Beauty Engine mechanics.
Also includes Beauty Engine Event support for communities and promoters.
